There are natural things you can try to help get rid of headaches.

  1. Try putting some peppermint oil on your temples. Massage the oil into the temples for relief.
  2. Make sure you are hydrated have a glass of water, being dehydrated can cause headaches.
  3. Have some magnesium, magnesium helps you to relax so foods high in this are mackerel, pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate, dark green leafy vegetables, and almonds.
  4. Take some time out and relax dim the lights this can be a help.
  5. Try soaking your feet in a foot bath, this will help to relax you and draw the blood away from your head relieving pressure.
  6. Try a cold compress on your head you cold use a flannel and put some cold water on it place on your forehead.
