If you have ever had gallstone pain, you will know that it is extremely painful. I suffered several years ago and ended up in A&E due to the pain. If you are a sufferer the common symptoms are pain, vomiting or nausea and being overweight. The saying is fair, fat and 40. I only had the pain, it took the doctors a while to figure it out and told me it was gallstones. The only thing they could offer me was removal of the gallbladder. I did not want this option so went home and treated it myself. The only time you need to have your gallbladder removed is if you have jaundice or it is blocking the bile ducts and can lead to infection and sepsis, then you must have surgery.
The gallbladder is where bile is stored before it gets released into the duodenum, the bile then helps with the digestion of fats. If there is no gallbladder then the bile goes directly into the intestine and may in some cases cause diarrhea and you can still get gallstones without a gallbladder. You can live without a gallbladder but as you can see it does have a purpose. It enables you to absorb soluble antioxidants and vitamin A, E, D and K also aids in the removal of cholesterol from the body also the removal of toxins from the liver.
The first things to do is to change your diet to a low fat one, no high fat foods. You will need to eat at least 2 radishes a day as this helps clean the liver. Drink 5 cups of chamomile tea a day and have 1 green apple a day. This must be done for 21 days. You will also need supplements to help support the liver.
Next look at your life. The liver is the organ for anger. Do you have any anger that you are supressing if so then you need to look at this and find a way to express it. Meditation will also help with calming things down.
